Welcome to our website ‘JanLabh’conceived, designed, developed & powered by Maharashtra Knowledge Corporation Limited (“MKCL”). If you continue to browse and use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, together with our privacy policy stated herein. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions and/or the privacy policy, please do not use the JanLabh website. The terms ‘us’/‘we’ refers to MKCL, the owner of the website ‘JanLabh’. The term ‘you’/’your’/’user’ refers to the user of the ‘JanLabh’ website. The use of the ‘JanLabh’ website (hereinafter referred as “the website”) is subject to the following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred as “T & C“) of use:

  1. By submitting your application and using this website, you agree to comply with all the T & C set out herein. You also understand that we may terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reasons we feel appropriate.
  2. JanLabh may, in its sole discretion, change or modify these T & C at any time, with or without notice. Such changes or modifications shall be made effective for all Users upon posting of the modified T & C. The user is responsible to read the T & C from time to time.
  3. You understand that we are not responsible for any of the information, data, text, photographs, pictures, graphics, messages, files or other materials ("User Content") submitted by you using JanLabh website. You are entirely responsible for all User Content uploaded, posted, emailed or otherwise transmitted via JanLabh website.
  4. You may request us for discontinuation of your Account on JanLabh any time.
  5. To use JanLabh, you will have to register and obtain an account and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, User Name, and password (collectively, your "Account") and for all activities associated with or occurring under your Account. You represent and warrant that your Account information will be accurate at all times.
  6. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account and any other breach of security, and ensure that you exit/logout from your Account at the end of each use of the JanLabh website. To the extent permissible under applicable law, we will not be responsible for any loss/damage arising from your failure to comply with the foregoing requirements or as a result of use of your Account, either with or without your knowledge, prior to your notifying us of unauthorized access to your Account.
  7. You shall not transfer your Account to any other person and you shall not use anyone else's Account at any time. In cases, where you have authorized or registered another individual to use your Account, you are fully responsible for (i) the online conduct of such individual; (ii) controlling that individual's access to and use of the Services; and (iii) the consequences of any misuse.

    1. use, view, download and print pages from our website in a web browser; and
    2. stream audio and video files from our website; subject to the other provisions of these T & C.

The Content published on JanLabh website are the Welfare Schemes, Benefits, Subsidies, and Entitlements declared and owned by Government (including the State and the Central Government) from time to time and we are not the provider of such welfare schemes, Benefits, subsidies and entitlements.
  12. The information regarding welfare schemes, Benefits, subsidies and entitlements published on JanLabh website are reproduction of the same as are notified by Government (including the State and/or the Central Government) from time to time and available in public domain.
  13. We have only attempted to compile the available Welfare Schemes, Benefits, Subsidies, and Entitlements to Citizens of Maharashtra in a Mass-personalized Manner on one single website for Users to easily access and be informed about the same. Nothing contained on this Website shall be interpreted as advising you.
  14. The Welfare Schemes, Benefits, Subsidies, and Entitlements published on JanLabh are subject to change by amendment, alteration, modification or withdrawal by the concerned Government. Accordingly, we may update the relevant information as and when required on the basis of such changes by the Government.
  15. The results generated on JanLabh regarding the applicable Welfare Schemes, Benefits, Subsidies, and Entitlements for the User is based on the information provided by the User and we shall not be responsible and do not in any way claim and/or guarantee the accuracy and trueness of the same and we are not responsible for facilitating and/or making available any benefits under such scheme/s to the User.
  16. Any Form / application for availing such Welfare Schemes, Benefits, Subsidies and Entitlements can be obtained by the User from the respective Department or their websites.
  17. You should carefully read our full Privacy Policy before deciding to become a User as it is hereby incorporated into these T & C, and governs our treatment of any information, including personal information submitted to us. Please note that certain information, statements, data, and content (such as photographs) which you may submit on JanLabh website, or are likely to may reveal your gender, ethnic origin, nationality, age, and/or other personal information about you. You acknowledge and agree that your submission of any information, statements, data, and content to us is voluntary on your part. In case you link Aadhaar No. and/or PAN with the JanLabh website, we will take secured measures to protect the same and will not display it on website or to general public.
  18. JanLabh website may include links to third party web sites or applications ("Third Party Sites"). You are responsible for evaluating whether you want to access or use a Third Party Site. You should review any applicable terms and/or privacy policy of a Third Party Site before using it or sharing any information with it, because you may give the operator permission to use your information in ways we would not. We are not responsible for and do not endorse any features, content, advertising, products or other materials on or available from Third Party Sites.     2. any loss of materials, data, transactions or any other information or materials caused by such system outages;
    3. the resultant delay, mis-delivery, or non-delivery of data, transactions or any other information or materials caused by such system outages; or
    4. any outages caused by any third parties, including without limitation, any companies or servers hosting the Services, any Internet service providers, any Third Party Sites, or any Internet facilities and networks.
